We currently mail all letter mail content via Canada Post. All items requiring parcel rate will be sent via Canada Post/UPS/Purolator. Who we use will be determined by location, cost and the speed in which we are able to get your item to you based on quote.
Please note that we do not have any additional shipping information than what you are provided. We are not responsible for lost letter mail and do encourage all customers to use tracked parcel mail to ensure we have a way of tracking your order.

I was very pleased with my package. The Happy Winter Letter Writing Kit is perfect for sending notes with my Christmas cards to friends. No flowers on it, just a winter scene for winter corresponding. It was exactly what I ordered. It came thru Canada Post right to my apartment door. We have a mail slot on each door and our mail is delivered thru that slot. Package was fine to slip thru the slot. All very good. Thank you, very much.
